We do not sell lots
Place is yours. We ship pre-engineered house components. Calma.Basic — your installer builds. We supply. Calma Blocks — create your Block with the Block Instrument. Not a house-and-lot. Not a mall.
Nationwide, not one city
Components manufacture in San Simon, Pampanga, then ship nationwide — Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao. Confirm the delivery schedule in writing on the order. Freight to site stays on the Owner.
Climate and family, not Western tiny-home tropes
Modern Filipino living here means gathering space, tropical skins (black stone + travertine board), and clear delivery time. It is not a Northern tiny-home aesthetic transplanted to the Philippines.
Two ways to compile
Calma.Basic — your installer builds. We supply. Calma Blocks — create your Block with the Block Instrument. Create your Block with the Block Instrument. Order A–D components.
