Nationwide, not one city
Components manufacture in San Simon, Pampanga, then ship nationwide — Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao — within 12 months. Freight to site stays on the Owner.
Climate and family, not Western tiny-home tropes
Modern Filipino living here means gathering space, tropical skins (black stone + travertine board), and clear delivery time. It is not a Northern tiny-home aesthetic transplanted to the Philippines.
