What is Calma.Basic?
Plant-made house components for your land in the Philippines. Choose a standard house or create your own Block with the Block Instrument.
What is Calma Blocks?
The place to create a Block and order its components. The Block Instrument proposes the design. e-con is the quote and the delivery stages.
How do I start?
Open the Block Instrument, enter your brief and explore five designs. Save your choice to your account, then request a component quote. A lot Hold is separate.
How is pricing structured?
Components A–D are Priced by Component Category (A–D) from computed floor area (itemized net of 12% VAT + VAT), quoted per saved Block. A Block quote prices each component category as one lot. Freight is paid to the carrier and is not in that total.
What are One Bay, Two Bay, and Three Bay?
House sizes, not bedroom counts or fixed prices. Your brief determines the room layout.
Who installs?
You can lead your own design and build within the component system and your budget. Arrange your installer or request optional Component E through the guide; E requires A-2 signed-and-sealed support first. For Component E, submit a land survey prepared by a geodetic engineer.
Do you deliver nationwide in the Philippines?
Components ship from San Simon, Pampanga. Confirm the schedule with the project team before you approve. No date is confirmed until it is written on your order.
Can I order from abroad?
Yes, for a home in the Philippines. You can plan online and coordinate site readiness and installation locally.
