Design-only (what this is not)
A design-only engagement stops at drawings and advice. Someone else still has to build. Calma.Basic is not sold as design-only A&E — the assembly is design-built under Performance Based Contracting.
Who does what
JP Calma is the Building System Architect & System Designer — models, materials, interfaces, pre-engineered components, and interior design specifications. MDCC TECH OPC holds the design-build contract for the DFMA assembly.
Performance Based Contracting
The frame is performance of the DFMA assembly system — clear commercial terms, plant manufacture, and nationwide delivery within the stated window — not open-ended site craft.
