Calma.Basic is lot-sized modular homes under fifteen metres. Calma.Complex is mixed-use small buildings: shop-house, live-work, and compact commercial-residential stack — still plant-made assemblies, framed in LGS, with no basement on every model. Segregated on purpose so the two pathways never blur.
