Building permit
You appoint and pay the installer. A referral is an introduction. Design and the building permit stay with the appointed professionals. Component E is a separate MDCC TECH OPC installation package, based on the original selected FCD area. A-2 and a geodetic survey are required. E checkout stays closed; ask the project team for its scope and price.

How you pay
Thirty percent, then the batches.
30% down payment on signing to secure production. Balance on each batch delivery and installation. No retention. No performance or surety bond from Calma. They install. You appoint and pay the installer. A referral is an introduction. One-year defects liability period, free of charge.
The site
The rate is for a flat site.
Sloping sites or retaining walls carry about 20%. That’s a site adder — not a lot for sale.
The clock
Schedule confirmed in writing.
Nationwide across the Philippines. Confirm the delivery schedule in writing on the order. Five to ten component batches. Delivery to site — up to five trips — is the Owner’s account. They install. We refer. Installation is not a fifth component kind. One-year defects liability period, free of charge.
