How you pay
Thirty percent, then the batches.
30% down payment on signing to secure production. Balance on each batch delivery and installation. No retention. No performance or surety bond from Calma. When we install: All Inclusive Contractors Installation Fees, BP, Design — 50% DP before the first component. No retention. Balance upon commissioning. One-year defects liability period, free of charge.
The site
The rate is for a flat site.
Sloping sites or retaining walls carry about 20%. That’s a site adder — not a lot for sale.
The clock
Within twelve months.
Nationwide. Five to ten component batches. Delivery to site — up to five trips — is the Owner’s account. Installation is the All Inclusive contract when we install — not a fifth component kind. One-year defects liability period, free of charge.
