The E-Con journey

From your Block to your site.

Agree one component package. Pay and receive it in stages.

Your Block shows what is ready and what needs your attention.

  1. Save your Block.

    Choose your design in H2O, add site details, and save it to your account.

    Continue when

    Your account confirms the save.

  2. Confirm your package.

    Check A–D materials, A-1/A-2 documents, optional E installation, exclusions, prices and stage payments.

    Continue when

    You accept the issued quote and agreement for this design.

  3. Prepare each delivery.

    Pay the agreed stage amount. Confirm site access, unloading and storage. Approve the exact freight quote.

    Continue when

    Full stage payment is verified; factory packing, release, site and freight requirements are cleared.

    Pay freight directly to the carrier. A transfer reference is not confirmed payment.

    When do I get my documents?

    A-1 is issued after Component A is ordered and fully paid. AoR, FCD and IM are emailed; your Block keeps the issue and delivery record. A-2 requires the agreed professional review, signature and seal.

  4. Check and accept delivery.

    Check the lettered packing list. Record received quantities and missing or damaged parts. Accept when issues are resolved.

    Continue when

    Your receipt and acceptance are recorded, with no open delivery issue.

    Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each delivery stage on the same Block.

  5. Follow installation.COMPONENT E · OPTIONAL

    If E is agreed, complete its handoff pack. Follow the assigned installer, review work and report defects on your Block.

    Installation starts when

    A-2, site documents, the E agreement, team assignment, required material receipts and mobilization payment are cleared.

    E is optional. It may start between deliveries once its own requirements are met.

  6. Accept the final handoff.

    Review the final records and acknowledge the handoff. Your Block keeps the package, payments, receipts and document issues.

    Complete when

    Required deliveries, payments, documents and issues are settled, plus E completion and professional acceptance when included.
