What we state in writing
Model, published per-m² rate, skin, delivery terms, and contract party appear on your assembly receipt before you message. Final commercial terms and the delivery schedule are confirmed in writing on the order — not hidden in a cart.
What stays Owner-side
Village bond, delivery to site, landscape, fence, gates, driveways, pools, solar, ELV, water tanks, kitchen equipment, curtains, and loose furniture (FFE) stay outside the house system. Village bond is a subdivision fee — not a Calma performance bond.

Mula sa San Simon, Pampanga ang mga component. Kumpirmahin sa project team ang iskedyul bago aprubahan. Walang petsang kumpirmado hanggang maisulat ito sa order.
Sino ang magbabayad ng freight?
Direktang babayaran ninyo ang carrier. Hindi idinadagdag ang freight sa component quote. Isusulat ang booking at unloading bago kayo mag-apruba.
Ano ang kailangan kong ayusin?
Installation, paghahanda ng site, freight at mga sariling bibilhin na nakalista sa quote. Humingi ng installer referral kung kailangan.
Sino ang mag-install?
Maaari ninyong pangunahan ang disenyo at pagtatayo ayon sa component system at budget. Pumili ng installer o humiling ng opsyonal na Component E sa gabay; kailangan muna ng A-2 signed-and-sealed support para sa E. Para sa Component E, isumite ang survey ng lupa na ginawa ng isang geodetic engineer.
Ano ang A-1?
A-1 · AoR + FCD + IM · Walang lagda. Ang A-1 ang unsigned AoR + FCD + IM: Architecture of Record, For Construction Drawings at Installation Manual. Ang digital e-file ay inilalabas lamang kapag na-order at nabayaran nang buo ang Component A; hindi ito inilalabas sa pag-save ng Block lamang. Sa email ipinapadala ang inilabas na dokumento pagkatapos ng bayad na iyon; nasa Block ang patunay ng pagpapadala. Pending ang kulang na detalye at hindi pa reviewed na tagubilin. Hindi patunay ng structural capacity, MEP sizing o pahintulot magtayo ang coordination checks.
Ano ang A-2?
A-2 · Opsyonal na licensed sign & seal, na ini-invoice ng MDCC TECH OPC: signed-and-sealed design set at signed as-built set sa completion. Nasa quote ang professional scope at reviews. Kailangan ng Component E ang A-2 order at survey ng lupa mula sa geodetic engineer.
Paano magbabayad?
Bayaran lamang sa MDCC TECH OPC ang aprubadong invoice nito ayon sa ibinigay na bank instructions, para sa mga component, A-2 at Component E. Direktang bayaran ang carrier para sa freight ng bawat yugto ng delivery. May sariling payee ang mga order na tinanggap sa naunang terms at ang dating referral contracts. Pending ang transfer reference hanggang ma-verify ang bank credit.

Ang components A–D ay Priced by Component Category (A–D) from computed floor area (itemized net of 12% VAT + VAT), quoted per saved Block. Sa Block, tig-isang lot ang presyo ng bawat category. Sa carrier ang freight, hindi sa kabuuang iyon.

Paano magsimula?

Paano babalik sa aking Block?
