Calma.Basic launches modular home assemblies for the Philippines — For every modern Filipino.

SAN SIMON, PAMPANGA, PHILIPPINES — Calma.Basic introduces a nationwide modular home offering built as assemblies, not construction. The brand delivers plant-made components from San Simon, Pampanga to lots across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao within 12 months.

“Engineered for how you live. Sized for the land you have.” — the product line is sized from the customer’s lot brief, with semi-furnished configurations: Studio One, Loft Pair, and Villa Assembly. Exterior skins pair black stone and travertine.

Pricing starts from PHP 15,000,000. Per-square-metre rates start at PHP 60,000 and can reach PHP 70,000 depending on glazing size. Design and building permit are included; village bond, site logistics, landscape, fence, gates, driveways, and loose furniture (FFE) are not.
